Dispatch and service update: 30 November 2021

 

Update: Significant delay to order dispatch

We are continuing to correct the technical issues we have with our new order processing and finance system. In the meantime, Culture Collections are processing as many orders as possible. There remains a significant backlog of orders and shipments to distributors will be prioritised in the first instance. We will prioritise non-distributor orders based upon the date the order was placed. We apologise for the continued delays and inconvenience caused. Next update 07/12/2021.

 

The UK Health Security Agency launched a new financial system at the beginning of October 2021. The new integrated system will streamline internal processes resulting in an improved purchasing experience for our customers. 

Following initial testing, several additional adjustments to the system have been identified and therefore order processing and dispatch of Culture Collections’ products remains on hold whilst these changes are being made.

We apologise for the delay and inconvenience caused and will keep you informed of the progress made. 

You can continue to place orders during this time, preferably through our distributors and collaborators.
