The European Bank for induced Pluripotent Stem Cells (EBiSC) is focused on accelerating iPSC research through the provision of not only high quality iPSCs, but also supporting resources and data. More than 300 iPSC lines available via the EBiSC catalogue have genome wide exomic, RNA and proteomic sequence data available for users.
Any researcher wishing to access EBiSC genomic data can simply apply to the relevant Data Access Committee with details of who will be using the data, and why. Upon successful application, data will be shared from the EGA directly to users.
Moreover, EBiSC iPSC users can also deposit their own datasets to support other researchers. If you have any queries regarding data deposition, simply contact EBiSC directly and we can advise you accordingly.
