Preparation Details: Virus was grown in Vero cells (ECACC 84113001) at 1:25 dilutions in DMEM with 2% foetal bovine serum. Incubation was carried out at 37°C and 5% CO2. As virus does not produce cytopathic effects propagation in culture was monitored with qPCR.
